Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the Strategic Technical Consulting team, including coaching senior/principal consultants, owning hiring and onboarding, performance, and career architecture.
  • •Own post-sales technical implementation for Ramp’s largest accounts, ensuring solution quality, delivery timelines, and technical outcomes end to end.
  • •Co-own activation milestones with Customer Activation using a shared operating model and accountability for time-to-value and customer experience.
  • •Act as the terminal escalation point for complex technical and delivery challenges, including ERP integration failures, custom API work, and at-risk go-lives.
  • •Define the strategic delivery model and run the function with operational rigor by forecasting capacity, balancing workload, and instrumenting KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technical consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, or professional services with substantial enterprise/strategic account experience.
  • •3+ years managing individual contributors and owning team-level outcomes, with strong preference for experience managing senior/principal ICs.
  • •Proven ability to own post-sales implementation for large, complex customers with multi-entity, multi-system, executive-sponsored engagements.
  • •Deep fluency in ERP and financial systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics), APIs, SSO/HRIS integrations, and core accounting workflows.
  • •Executive-grade communication and strong judgment to assess solution design complexity and distinguish configuration vs. product gap vs. customer process issues.
