Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery plans and quarterly roadmaps for platform initiatives, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across multi-team efforts.
  • •Facilitate execution for large cross-functional programs (e.g., cloud platform migrations, automation rollouts, observability frameworks, policy-as-code enforcement).
  • •Coordinate planning and agile ceremonies (standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives; PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt) and drive continuous improvement across Agile teams and ARTs.
  • •Act as delivery point-of-contact for executive stakeholders, track progress with metrics, and compile executive-ready status commentary for committee reporting.
  • •Ensure operational readiness artifacts and compliance evidence are delivered, coordinating release planning, change windows, and support readiness across environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 7 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
  • •Advanced knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies across cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
  • •7+ years of technical program or delivery management in enterprise IT, platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure organizations.
  • •Strong understanding of platform technologies including AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, IaC/automation, and container platforms (e.g., Kubernetes/OpenShift).
