Join a three-year rotational HR development program with three 12–18-month assignments across hybrid corporate offices and onsite manufacturing plants. As a Master’s program graduate in HR (or related study), you’ll gain hands-on HR experience, partner with employees and cross-functional business teams, use data and insights to support strategic decisions, and develop consulting, coaching, and conflict-management skills. Relocation and early location assignments are supported based on business needs.

•Have a general understanding of business and financial concepts and the theory behind processes.
•Be able to relocate during and after the program, with location preferences considered alongside business needs.
•Interest in Human Resources roles within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization.
•Willingness to work through rotating HR assignments across Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Generalist functions.
