Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead the sales team on the floor to create memorable consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. model. Help run store operations by supporting POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom execution. Serve as a brand ambassador, manage day-to-day team activities through delegation and follow-up, and work with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals while following Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
