Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and build winning cross-border travel strategies across key travel corridors, including value proposition and travel persona strategy.
  • •Scale the Visa Destinations platform globally by developing and fortifying destination value propositions and supporting execution for new destinations.
  • •Evaluate offers and perform QA, and help set up the customer service operating model for cross-border travel initiatives.
  • •Use market, competitive, and internal data to develop hypotheses and analyses to inform strategic decisions such as market and issuer prioritization.
  • •Support progress tracking and senior management updates while aligning regional, market, and product teams to overall company goals.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 3+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD).
  • •6+ years of work experience with an MBA/JD, or 4+ years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
  • •Proven experience in a strategic, product, or international role within a global organization.
