Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the customer advocate inside TI and act as TI quality representative in front of customers.
  • •Collaborate with resources to solve customer problems and drive issue closure.
  • •Drive alignment of TI and customer quality requirements for products and processes.
  • •Identify quality risk and systemic issues, trigger proper action and communication to improve product quality.
  • •Own TI return management process and support customer engagement for field returns and production line failures, including QEM operations and data integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • •Ability to interface and build partnerships with customers and internal TI stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • •Experience in a semiconductor environment is a plus.
