Banking Center Operations Coordinator

Supervise and support teller teams to deliver professional, high-quality customer service and efficient day-to-day processing of retail banking transactions. Oversee cash operations (cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs), manage access controls and dual control, and help ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and audit/security procedures. Lead client experience, handle service needs, support cross-sell referrals, and coach associates on workflow, scheduling, performance, and training.
