Inspect and identify cosmetic imperfections and repair needs before reconditioning and after the paint process in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers. Perform hands-on prep tasks like sanding and masking as needed to get vehicles ready for customers. You’ll work with state-of-the-art tools, receive training for entry-level hires, and progress your skills and pay over time.
