Senior Showroom Manager

Lead daily operations of a large showroom, driving sales of lighting, appliances, and high-end fixtures while collaborating with branch and operations leaders on revenue growth, margin enhancement, budget targets, and process improvements. Manage and develop a team of associates (hiring, mentoring, training, scheduling, and goal-setting). Supervise showroom traffic, assist customers by appointment and walk-ins, resolve complaints with suppliers, and represent Ferguson locally at industry events.
