Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments, including patient histories, physical exams, and review of diagnostic investigations.
  • •Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust care based on clinical evolution.
  • •Adhere to cardiology protocols and best practices, participate in quality assurance activities, and report/investigate incidents and adverse events.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in telehealth technologies/digital health platforms and in using EMR and clinical documentation systems.
  • •Maintain active SCFHS registration and comply with all licensing and credentialing requirements.
