Key Responsibilities

  • •Discover, enable, and integrate innovative generative and agentic AI concepts into Thales solutions.
  • •Validate feasibility via proofs of concept (PoCs) and develop prototypes/demonstrators to illustrate business potential.
  • •Learn and assess new AI techniques and technologies to decide what to adopt, adapt, or discard.
  • •Develop AI/ML solutions with a focus on generative AI deployed as agentic AI or LLM workflows.
  • •Contribute as a technical subject-matter expert and communicate research outputs through publications, patents, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •MSc in engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • •Prior experience in AI/ML.

  • •Experience in developing, testing and tuning complex LLM or Agentic workflows.
  • •Fluency in French (spoken and written).
