Key Responsibilities

•Strategize-to-execute: design and institutionalize a scalable strategic framework and translate enterprise/ regional strategy into executable roadmaps and initiatives
•Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic projects from design through execution; establish governance, milestones, and KPIs to track delivery
•Provide industry insight and strategic foresight by applying knowledge of global logistics and supply chain ecosystems to DP World Americas
•Manage executive stakeholders: collaborate with regional leadership and prepare/ deliver C-suite materials and recommendations
•Track performance and realize value: operationalize success metrics and ensure accountability for outcomes across initiatives

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Strategy / transformation roles in logistics sector
•Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and executing strategy
•Deep knowledge of logistics/supply chain ecosystems, ports, terminals or freight networks and infrastructure investment and development
•Structured problem solving and analytical rigor
•Strong financial and commercial acumen
