Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end contract preparation and execution for an assigned portfolio, from request receipt through signature.
  • •Receive contract requests and triage to ensure adherence to established business policies, processes, and procedures.
  • •Review, draft, and negotiate routine vendor and commercial contracts, including NDAs, software license agreements, support service agreements, and consulting services agreements.
  • •Ensure agreements are prepared, revised, and executed with business unit clients and subject matter experts in accordance with approved policies and playbooks.
  • •Analyze contract requirements and terms to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, providing service aligned to GBSC standards and SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience required; JD or other advanced education is a plus.
  • •Solid legal and business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to manage workloads with tasks of varying priority and complexity.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including collaborating with legal and business stakeholders to confirm contract terms.
  • •Advanced negotiation skills and judgment to know when to escalate versus exercising independent discretion.
