Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner directly with strategic accounts to uncover high-impact workflows and translate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable product definitions for agent-powered solutions.
  • •Lead discovery for your assigned accounts and verticals, developing a deep understanding of user intentions, data constraints, workflows, and success criteria.
  • •Map workflows to the broader product, identifying where out-of-the-box agent capabilities fit and where custom development is needed.
  • •Drive deployments end to end—working with forward deployed engineering and customer teams to implement, test, and refine agent solutions.
  • •Define and track success metrics for the verticals you support, ensuring solutions deliver measurable productivity and quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of work experience
  • •Background in professional services (legal, consulting, banking, or adjacent fields) with experience operating in complex, high-stakes workflows.
