Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end cost and commercial management services for large, complex major projects.
  • •Provide strategic advice during project inception, including delivery approach guidance and setting project success criteria.
  • •Produce benchmarking and cost intelligence, plan and oversee quality, health, safety and environmental requirements, and establish governance processes across the lifecycle.
  • •Monitor performance using KPIs, manage change control, and provide commercial advice and financial recommendations throughout the project.
  • •Serve as the primary day-to-day client point of contact, manage project information flow via meetings and reporting, and fulfil SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years’ experience as a Project/Senior Cost/Commercial Manager on large projects.
  • •Extensive experience in project control and commercial management.
  • •Extensive experience in capital planning and collaborating with PMO teams to develop commercial strategies.
  • •Detailed working knowledge of proprietary cost management systems.
  • •Professionally qualified (RICS or similar) or working towards.
