Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, develop, optimize, and validate CT core reconstruction algorithms (calibration, baseline/iterative reconstruction, deep-learning approaches) to improve image quality.
  • •Develop CT image preprocessing, denoising, and motion/metal artefact correction, and conduct low-dose algorithm R&D with related dose optimization.
  • •Analyze CT system physical characteristics (detector response, X-ray attenuation model) and provide algorithm-related technical support.
  • •Build algorithm prototypes (Matlab-first), perform simulation testing, and support engineering implementation; write technical documents and test reports.
  • •Collaborate across departments (hardware, clinical, product) to advance clinical validation and product iteration, and incorporate new techniques to optimize existing products.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or above in biomedical engineering, applied physics, computer science, applied mathematics, electronic information, or related fields.
  • •Proficiency in Matlab for algorithm development and simulation, with foundational C/C++ or Python programming ability.
  • •Strong knowledge of CT image denoising, artefact correction, and resolution enhancement; reconstruction techniques are a plus.
  • •Understanding of CT system physics and dose calculation, with dose-optimization experience or relevant medical-imaging standards knowledge preferred.
  • •Familiarity with FDA/NMPA medical device registration and prior experience validating registration algorithms for CT products preferred.
