Key Responsibilities

•Develop and own the Moove AV hiring playbook and recruiting strategies that keep the funnel consistently full.
•Direct end-to-end high-volume, frontline hourly hiring across the depot network to meet operational hiring capacity needs.
•Lead domestic and international scaling efforts while maintaining high quality-of-hire.
•Oversee ATS infrastructure and integrate AI tools/automation to streamline candidate journeys and improve pipeline adherence.
•Partner with hiring managers on job descriptions, personally manage executive-level requisitions, and enforce compliance and risk management benchmarks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Proven director-level experience with 10+ years in high-volume hourly hiring and scaling domestic and international locations.
•Experience in tech, autonomous vehicles (AV), logistics, or high-intensity operations.
•Exceptional communication skills to influence executive leadership and lead high-level negotiations.
•Deep understanding of hiring legalities, compliance, data control, and procedural rules; ability to push back to mitigate risk.
