Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver structured 6-session 1:1 coaching journeys fortnightly (one hour per session) focused on mindset and behavioural change.
  • •Run Breakthrough Sessions for individuals to work through specific decisions or pressure points (60-minute sessions).
  • •Design and deliver group coaching programs, such as a 3-month program on self-confidence and resilience.
  • •Contribute to Leadership Programs and facilitate team coaching requests (90 minutes to 2 hours) to unblock and support team development.
  • •Design coaching experiences and resources, contribute specialist expertise, and participate in team meetings and working groups.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of dedicated professional 1:1 coaching experience where coaching is the primary role.
  • •Completed formal, recognised coach-specific training and accreditation (e.g., Meta-Coaching, Co-Active Coaching, or similar transformational coaching methodology).
  • •Experience coaching individuals across different levels, not only senior leaders.
  • •Ability to explore root causes with deep transformational coaching capability rather than focusing only on surface-level behaviours.
  • •Strong understanding of transformational coaching methodologies.
