•Deliver world-class client service by consulting with customers to identify marketing needs, build strategic plans, and execute efficiently.
•Provide guidance and white-glove service to customers and advocate for the Compass platform.
•Develop understanding of Compass products and demonstrate their value to customers.
•Create strategic marketing plans across branding, print, digital, social, direct mail, video, and paid media to maximize budget effectiveness.
•Coordinate templated creative work (print ads, brochures) using InDesign and liaise between design team and agents for large projects.
