Key Responsibilities

•Lead on-site IT support at the Bangalore office and ensure IT needs are met with professionalism and minimal disruption
•Own all levels of IT support (L1–L3) as the primary point of contact for Bangalore and global users
•Leverage data and metrics to improve KPIs and drive IT compliance
•Manage hardware procurement, vendor coordination, and maintain inventory/asset records for IT equipment
•Collaborate with IT teammates to mature ITIL processes and enhance user experience

Key Requirements

•4+ years experience administering and supporting core enterprise SaaS and IT systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Iru (formerly Kandji), Workspace ONE)
•4+ years of supporting a fully remote, Apple macOS environment with a familiarity or desire to learn Windows in an enterprise setting
•Experience monitoring and resolving issues in a ticketing system (e.g. ServiceNow)
•Experience with mobile device management (MDM) using Kandji for macOS and WorkspaceONE for mobile devices
•Strong communication skills and ability to document processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles
