Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble hand subassemblies to specification with zero defects passed downstream, meeting micron-level tolerances and handling ESD-sensitive components
  • •Hit shift production targets while maintaining quality by owning station output, uptime, and conformance
  • •Catch and document defects, process deviations, and material issues at the workstation before they reach the next station
  • •Maintain complete, accurate build logs and inspection data for every unit you touch
  • •Drive continuous improvement by surfacing issues, proposing fixes, and partnering with engineering and the opposite shift

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in precision electromechanical or micro assembly/fine-component manufacturing, ideally in humanoid robotics, medical devices, aerospace actuators, or similar
  • •Hands-on assembly experience with miniature components (small motors, gearboxes, encoders, PCBs, fine-pitch connectors)
  • •Proficiency using precision hand tools, calibrated low-value torque instruments (~1 Nm), and dimensional inspection tools (micrometers, pin gauges, dial indicators, calipers)
  • •Working knowledge of ESD handling and controlled-environment protocols
  • •Professional-level written and verbal English and reliable attendance to work scheduled shifts consistently
