Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Customer Service data team by setting priorities, coordinating workload, and developing capability.
  • •Deliver accurate, timely performance reporting and insight to enable operational control, customer outcomes, regulatory obligations, and strategic planning.
  • •Design and develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting; ensure reporting definitions, ownership, and controls are accurate and reliable.
  • •Interrogate complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities and produce evidence-based recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • •Provide oversight and escalation for complex reporting/BI issues and coordinate timely information support during major incidents and business-critical events.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in a senior data, reporting, business intelligence, or insight role with proven capability managing people, projects, or complex workstreams.
  • •Expertise interrogating complex datasets to identify trends and root causes and translating evidence into clear recommendations.
  • •Expert Excel skills plus strong experience building dashboards, visualisations, and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools.
  • •Essential experience with data querying, transformation, and automation using tools such as SQL, Power Query, R, or Python.
  • •A degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
