Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical and management leadership for major IT field support services for AJOC classified systems, establishing goals and plans.
  • •Direct and control international field support activities, including management, methods, and staffing to meet technical requirements.
  • •Oversee technical support to federal, contractor, and detail employees using TSA Systems with appropriate staffing resources.
  • •Ensure support engineers complete mandatory and job-related training.
  • •Direct IT Field Services including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, O&M, asset inventory assistance, and video conferencing/A-V O&M/local on-site cabling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •6+ years of IT support experience.
  • •Hold appropriate clearance levels to access classified systems (TS/SCI required).
  • •Expert-level IT field support and leadership skills for complex service request fulfillment and network/computer systems administration across multiple operating systems.
  • •Advanced proficiency in mobile device support, desk-side tasks, and deployment strategies.
