Key Responsibilities

  • •Read production, customer, work, shipping, or requisition orders to determine items to move, gather, or distribute.
  • •Transport materials from receiving or production areas to storage and other designated areas.
  • •Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets; mark materials with identifying information.
  • •Load and unload trailers of palletized and non-palletized product, using manual and automated material handling equipment.
  • •Follow safety and hygiene procedures, maintain housekeeping, record inventory movements, and document loads and records (including computer entry and photos).
