Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate multi-cluster Kubernetes infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, autoscaling, observability, and security with high reliability.
  • •Build multi-tenant platform primitives such as tenant-safe storage, shared secrets, RBAC, and workload identity.
  • •Design and orchestrate secure, sandboxed execution environments for agentic and untrusted workloads.
  • •Act as a solutions architect for internal platform customers by translating scaling and reliability needs into infrastructure designs and driving them to production.
  • •Debug and own production end-to-end, including incident command, postmortems, and follow-through to prevent recurrence; mentor engineers and raise the technical bar through design reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building and operating large-scale infrastructure, platform, SRE, or DevOps systems.
  • •Experience with container orchestration frameworks, including Kubernetes.
  • •Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI).
  • •Write production-quality code and be expert in at least one of Go, Python, Rust, or C++, comfortable picking up the rest.
  • •Fluent with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps workflows (e.g., Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi, Crossplane) and collaborate across teams to drive execution.
