Support the North America tax team by ensuring compliance across federal, state, and local tax obligations for partnerships and corporations. Prepare, review, and file U.S. and Canadian tax returns with external providers, calculate quarterly distributions and estimates, and handle tax notices and legislation updates. Provide tax provision input for financial reporting, assist with special projects like M&A and international tax matters, and drive efficiencies using technology and data-driven tools.
