Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the full lifecycle for large, multi-year aviation development programs across planning, design, procurement, and construction.
  • •Provide executive-level leadership, strategic direction, and governance frameworks, including reporting structures and performance metrics.
  • •Serve as the primary interface with airport authorities, senior leadership, regulatory agencies, and third-party partners.
  • •Review program scopes and deliverables, oversee airside/landside/terminal elements, and ensure adherence to FAA regulations, airport standards, environmental requirements, and best practices.
  • •Manage program budgets, schedules, risk registers, change control, cost forecasts, and executive reporting; resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, quality, safety, and operational continuity; lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS and 12+ years of related experience in program or project management for aviation infrastructure projects, including 4 years of leadership.

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • •PMP certification or equivalent.
  • •Proven experience delivering major airport development programs (airside, landside, or terminal) and understanding FAA standards, airport planning, environmental processes, and construction phasing.
