Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day ERLR support to an assigned business function, partnering with business leaders, Human Resources, and Legal to address employee relations matters.
  • •Develop and improve triage and case management processes for non-hotline employee complaints, including intake, routing, documentation, tracking, and follow-up.
  • •Develop, standardize, and maintain ERLR processes, procedures, tools, templates, and resources to support consistent execution.
  • •Support workplace investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concern resolution through clear guidance and follow-up.
  • •Support rollout, communication, and adoption of ERLR processes and training across the organization, including reviewing ERLR data and identifying process gaps and training needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Operations, HR Compliance, or a related HR discipline.
  • •Experience providing employee relations guidance, including support for workplace investigations, advising on performance management, interpreting policies, and resolving workplace concerns.
  • •Experience triaging employee complaints and supporting consistent case management, intake processes, and documentation of case activity.
  • •Experience developing or improving HR/ERLR processes, procedures, tools, templates, and training materials (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or Human Resources Management; professional HR certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
