Install, service, and troubleshoot Vivint smart home security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems while serving as the customer-facing expert. Assess customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site, and educate homeowners on using their new systems. Work with paid virtual and on-the-job training plus ongoing coaching, including a 4/10 schedule and field tools/vehicle support.
