Recruiting Coordinator

Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews end-to-end for a fast-paced recruiting team, including scheduling, candidate logistics, and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. Manage candidate records in the Greenhouse applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity, support process improvement and special projects, and evaluate recruiting strategies to make workflows more efficient. This role thrives on attention to detail, strong prioritization, and clear communication.
