Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and produce dishwashing detergent formulations according to defined recipes and manufacturing instructions
  • •Plan, conduct, document, and evaluate stability studies using standardized test procedures
  • •Prepare samples for analytical studies, efficacy studies, and product performance evaluations
  • •Run product performance tests and apply basic analytical methods to assess product quality and efficacy
  • •Analyze experimental results and propose improvements for formulations, test methods, and product performance, including maintaining lab equipment and technical documentation

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training as a chemical lab technician (Chemielaborant/in) or comparable qualification in a related scientific/lab-technical field
  • •Solid lab experience with strong practical knowledge of lab techniques and testing procedures
  • •Ideally experience with technologies, manufacturing processes, performance tests, and analytical methods relevant to the product category
  • •Good communication skills in German and English
  • •Confident use of Microsoft Office and ability to document and prepare results accurately
