Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the service demand planning cycle and coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, and Finance to maintain parts availability horizons.
  • •Replace manual or fragmented inventory tracking with automated systems to ensure a single source of truth.
  • •Design and run cycle counting and full physical inventory audit methodologies; maintain traceability for high-value subsystems and service kits.
  • •Formulate and execute regional safety stock/inventory allocation strategies, and govern RMA/reverse logistics workflows for defective components.
  • •Architect and scale warehouse infrastructure (multi-site layout, 5S, safety and trade compliance) and oversee pick/pack/ship, plus carrier/3PL optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent high-level industrial/military experience.
  • •8–10+ years of progressive experience in inventory management, global warehouse control, post-sales service supply chains, or materials planning in a high-tech hardware domain.
  • •4+ years managing, building, and scaling operational, technical, or materials control teams.
  • •Operational fluency with ERP, WMS, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Business Central, NetSuite), including transitioning from manual to automated workflows.
  • •Strong understanding of international trade, import/export controls, customs documentation, and regional 3PL management.
