Key Responsibilities

  • •Process U.S. Army equipment turn-ins in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1, including documentation verification and visual inspections with correct condition codes.
  • •Maintain equipment accountability by ensuring timely, accurate entries into Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP) and supporting inventory reconciliation and discrepancy research.
  • •Identify and segregate unserviceable, reparable, or excess items, and properly tag items throughout the turn-in process.
  • •Safely store, stage, and organize equipment in warehouse or yard areas, operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
  • •Support audits, Property Accountability Reviews (PARs), and inspections by the COR or Army officials, and coordinate with unit supply personnel and internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience (Army or contractor environment preferred).
  • •Knowledge of Army logistical functions and familiarity with Army turn-in, supply, or property accountability operations.
  • •Ability to interpret and process supply documentation (DA and DD forms) and maintain accurate records.
  • •Proficiency in Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP, plus equipment/serviceability coding standards.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and meet Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility requirements; must have a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
