  • •Build proactive agents that act on customer data alongside a pod of data scientists, AI engineers, and a frontend engineer.

  • •Turn what works for first customers into product for broader adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Have built an agent harness or proactive agentic system that looks at a user’s data or work context and then performs actions, not just suggestions.
  • •Have 3+ experience building excellent software products, ideally in a startup or fast-moving company.
  • •Have real working experience working alongside data scientists and AI engineers (you can speak the language even if you weren’t one).
  • •Have B2B or prosumer experience with agent experiences.
  • •Deliver strong customer-facing instincts and high UI/design standards, comfortable scoping needs with large customers.
