Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with customers to identify recruiting needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • •Partner with other Recruiting Partners and Associate Recruiters to fulfill customer needs.
  • •Onboard new customers and set them up for success by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions.
  • •Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business and hiring objectives.
  • •Guide customers through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of recruiting experience
  • •Experience as a Head of Talent or a solo recruiter at a company; if not, apply for Associate Recruiter
  • •A proven track record in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • •Self-starters who are comfortable networking with founders and recruiters
  • •Experience working with startups
