Key Responsibilities

  • •Write customer damage work orders and order parts, and bill work orders.
  • •Assist the service manager in managing customer damage and internal work orders.
  • •Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
  • •Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure customers are fully satisfied and up to date on ways EquipmentShare can help.
  • •Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and communications, and help develop sales strategies to expand market share.
