Project Manager - Activations

Own the end-to-end delivery of live events, coordinating inter-department processes, milestones, and risk management to keep timelines on track. You’ll manage stakeholder communications across internal teams and external partners, coordinate onsite delivery with the Special Projects and events leadership, handle production and speaker logistics, and lead post-event evaluation and reporting. This role supports custom projects, from badging and merchandise rollout to final presentation delivery.
