Job Summary

Own and drive a key domain within the Money Flows platform, shaping product vision, strategy, and execution from ideation through delivery. Define and manage the product backlog, success metrics, and experiment roadmap while translating regulatory updates into money flows. Partner closely with Engineering, analyze market and competitive insights, and gather client feedback to refine requirements. You’ll also communicate decisions and trade-offs through shows & tell while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive execution of a key product area within Money Flows, defining the “why” and “what” to the “how.”
•Ensure alignment with long-term product vision while balancing feature development, technical debt, and experimentation.
•Manage the product backlog and deliver against defined success metrics through the full development cycle.
•Translate regulatory changes or rulebooks into actual money flows and translate client needs into clear requirements.
•Act as a key stakeholder for Engineering, resolving product queries, communicating decisions, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3-5 years’ consulting experience in Accenture or Big4, working on financial services or payments transformation projects.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in Fintech or Banking working in the payment chain.
•Minimum 2 years’ product management experience launching and scaling complex, regulated financial products.
•Deep domain expertise in payment networks and schemes, with fluency in at least one of: SWIFT, SEPA, or FPS APIs implementation.
•Strong ability to manage product execution across the full development cycle and translate regulatory changes into money flows.
