Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain core metrics systems for platform content safety and risk, including content violations, user reports, and account risk identification.
  • •Develop monitoring and anomaly detection systems to quickly identify and analyze security incidents and support risk alerts and policy adjustments.
  • •Apply statistical methods such as A/B testing, causal inference, and regression analysis to evaluate security policy effectiveness and optimize experiment design.
  • •Build quantitative analysis systems for business challenges using data mining techniques, working with product, operations, R&D, and algorithm teams to drive implementation.
  • •Explore and summarize analysis methodologies and create reusable analysis frameworks and tools, participating in the design and iteration of data products.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Proficient in data querying languages and at least one scripting language such as Python, SQL, or R.
