Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the GCC Commercial team supporting UK&I T&I projects, including resource planning, workload allocation, and delivery governance.
  • •Manage contract administration across projects in line with NEC/JCT (and FIDIC where applicable), including change control, compensation events, variations, claims, and contractual communications.
  • •Support cost, commercial risk/opportunity management, and entitlement/claims processes across the project lifecycle, including dispute resolution support.
  • •Integrate commercial activities with project controls, planning, and PMO processes; coordinate reporting dashboards, commercial trackers, and registers.
  • •Establish QA/QC frameworks, standardize templates/SOPs, ensure compliance with governance standards, and drive digital reporting and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •10+ years of Contract Management/Commercial experience, including ~5 years UK project exposure.
  • •Proven experience in UK–India delivery models and interfacing with UK stakeholders.
  • •Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts and change order management.
  • •Experience leading multi-project teams and delivery governance; change control, CVRs, forecasting, procurement, and contract management.
