Job Summary

Provide on-site support for data center cooling infrastructure across North America, focused on startup, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and emergency response. Diagnose and fix complex HVAC and chiller systems (air-cooled and water-cooled), including mechanical and electrical issues, pumps, hydronic systems, and screw/centrifugal compressors. Maintain accurate service records and documentation while delivering professional customer support and safety-compliant field work.

Key Responsibilities

•Travel on-site to support data center cooling infrastructure across North America, including startup, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and emergency response.
•Diagnose and repair complex HVAC and chiller systems, including mechanical and electrical issues affecting performance and reliability.
•Support field activities involving screw and centrifugal compressor technologies and respond to critical service events and equipment failures.
•Execute preventive and corrective maintenance and verify proper system operation after maintenance, repair, and service activities.
•Maintain complete, accurate, and timely service records, field reports, documentation, and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of HVAC experience, including mission-critical, large-tonnage, or complex chiller environments.
•Strong knowledge of thermal cooling systems including air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, pumps, hydronic systems, and cooling towers.
•Hands-on experience with startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of mission-critical cooling equipment.
•Experience supporting screw and centrifugal compressor technologies in demanding operating environments.
•Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues affecting cooling system performance and reliability, with a valid driver’s license and 75%+ travel capability.
