Own market risk management programs for Trust & Safety, ensuring policies, programs, and systems work together to prevent abuse across TikTok features. Key Responsibilities

•Produce internal reports on public perception and identified risks to inform mitigation initiatives and cross-functional solutions.
•Craft risk prevention processes and strategy for the Bangladesh market, focusing on safety issues such as youth safety, hate, and cyber bullying.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and resolve safety gaps in products and promote community well-being and user safety.
•Lead initiatives across TikTok features (video, live, comments, follow/like, accounts) using qualitative and quantitative approaches to detect risks and mitigate them.
•Initiate and drive project definition, scoping, and implementation/execution with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of user-generated content (UGC) social platforms and the APAC regional political, regulatory, and cultural landscape.
•High oral and written proficiency in Bengali to cover Bengali-speaking markets.
•Strong knowledge of Trust & Safety issues, operations, and challenges.
•Program/project or product management experience, ideally within a safety/risk control/anti-spam strategy environment.
•Ability to analyze large volumes of data and produce reporting using Excel (Pivot tables, functions, charts); SQL is a bonus.
