  • •Assist the academy in achieving its vision, strategic intentions, and improvement plan targets.
  • •Create an outstanding learning and teaching climate with clear lesson objectives, structures, and challenging tasks.
  • •Plan, assess, and evaluate student progress using performance data and assessment to deliver differentiated learning.
  • •Maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment aligned to health and safety, equal opportunities, and safeguarding requirements.
  • •Mark and monitor students’ work, set progress targets, and prepare informative reports for parents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Education or another relevant field with a teaching qualification.
  • •2+ years’ experience teaching Science up to GCSE and A Level (desirable, but not essential).
  • •Previous experience teaching students for whom English is not their first language.
  • •Demonstrate a passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
  • •Hold a clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
