Key Responsibilities

  • •Obsess over the success of our users: provide in-depth, personalised answers and pair program with users to solve analytics problems and pull in other Lightdash team members when needed.
  • •Lightdash champion: be the go-to Lightdash pro at Lightdash and in the community, stay up-to-date with features, and represent the company at community events, conferences, and meet ups.
  • •Teach and share: create and deliver world-class tutorials and demos for Lightdash, including blog posts, video tutorials, or code examples.
  • •Community strategy: build and execute strategies to grow and engage the analyst community around Lightdash.
  • •Collaborate with the team to ensure Lightdash is used effectively and feedback from users is integrated into product discussions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 65,000 - 100,000 annually
