Job Summary

Lead and grow the mobile infrastructure engineering organization responsible for the platform layer powering the OKX mobile app. Own engineering systems, tooling, and frameworks to enable fast, reliable shipping at scale, while embedding AI into workflows and maintaining system performance for millions of daily users.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a mobile infrastructure engineering team, driving ownership and accountability across platform milestones.
•Set the technical direction for mobile infrastructure — including tooling, shared frameworks, performance systems, and developer experience toolchain.
•Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows across the team to raise the quality and velocity of delivery.
•Drive architecture decisions and engineering standards across the mobile platform to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability at scale.
•Partner with product engineering teams to deliver infrastructure solutions, unblock development, and raise engineering quality across the organization.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of mobile engineering experience
•at least 3 years in a team lead or management role focused on infrastructure, platform, or architecture
•deep expertise in iOS or Android development with a strong understanding of performance, toolchain, architecture, and developer experience
•actively uses AI tools in engineering workflows and integrates them into team processes
•strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and operate effectively across levels
