Job Summary

Assist Commercial and Private Banking Relationship Managers by supporting commercial lending and client account activities. You will review and fund loans, maintain loan/collateral/deposit and credit exception tracking, authorize overdraft fees, process line-of-credit withdrawals, and handle wire requests. Coordinate with clients and external professionals, order appraisals and related items, and train on loan documentation/funding and LaserPro while supporting ongoing loan and treasury monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Commercial Lending Support to Commercial Relationship Managers.
•Review and fund loans and assist with maintaining Relationship Managers portfolios by clearing exceptions and monitoring past dues (with supervision).
•Authorize payment and fees of commercial client overdrafts and approve/process commercial client withdrawals on lines of credit.
•Communicate with clients and external professionals and help order appraisals, flood determinations, and UCCs with familiarity of OFAC.
•Train on loan documentation/funding and LaserPro, support ongoing loan and depository/treasury monitoring, and process wire requests.
