Food & Beverage Supervisor

Oversee daily service operations for food and beverage outlets while leading and mentoring a small hospitality team. You’ll guide breakfast, lunch, and dinner service standards, support accurate guest ordering with strong menu knowledge, and handle guest concerns promptly. The role also includes rostering, shift coordination, workflow planning, and ensuring compliance with RSA, hygiene, and workplace health and safety, while assisting management with reporting and stock management.
