Key Responsibilities

•Own conference logistics end-to-end: sourcing and booking venues, negotiating contracts, coordinating with design on booth fit-out, organising merch, and planning side events for customers and prospects.
•Help run customer events such as community meetups, executive dinners for prospective customers, and celebratory dinners with key enterprise customers.
•Build and manage a gifting program with marketing and sales: identify suppliers, test products, and organise delivery logistics.
•Document best practices and preferred suppliers (vendors, restaurants, hotels, airlines, etc.) so the team can move faster over time.
•Organise team offsites and retreats, coordinate travel for team onsites and events, and celebrate birthdays/life milestones/company milestones.

Key Requirements

• Comfortable stepping up to lead projects and stepping down to support others as needed.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment.
• Enthusiastic about AI and new technology and how to automate and improve workflows.
• Able to work closely with leadership in a high-trust environment.
• Strong collaboration and coordination skills to support growth, office management, and executive tasks.
