Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively manage projects through initiation, delivery, and closure, coordinating cross-functional teams to completion on time and within budget.
  • •Control project requirements, scope, and change management issues, ensuring legally binding requirements are met.
  • •Determine, monitor, and review project economics including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
  • •Facilitate and integrate project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking using project management tools and methodologies.
  • •Plan, schedule, monitor, and report project activities, including subcontractor monitoring, establish metrics, and lead status review meetings with teams and clients.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as a project manager, with a proven track record managing complex projects from inception to closure.
  • •Experience controlling project requirements, scope, and change management, and managing project economics (costs, budgets, staffing, resources, and risk).
  • •Experience contributing to process improvements and working with complex, multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership skills, analytical ability, and strong business judgment for working with diverse internal/external partners.
  • •PMI or Agile-related certification is preferred; Australian Government security clearance at the Top Secret Positive Vetting (PV) level is required.
