Job Summary

Build and productionize AI and machine learning solutions for group AI projects within a cross-functional team spanning ML engineering, research, data science, and data engineering. Own parts of the MLOps process to keep models running in production, deploy and improve scalable ML pipelines, and develop production-quality services with unit/integration testing, CI/CD, and devOps. Apply strong software engineering practices across the full development lifecycle.

•Implement and support MLOps processes to maintain ML models in production.
•Deploy or improve scalable and efficient ML pipelines using best MLOps practices.
•Develop production-quality services with unit and integration testing, and CI/CD plus devOps practices.
•Identify opportunities to improve go-to-production and MLOps processes.
•Apply software development practices and standards to ensure application code quality across the full SDLC.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or quantitative science; PhD is a plus.
•More than 2 years of implementation experience with high-level languages such as Python, Java, or C/C++.

•Experience with GenAI including LLMs and agents.
•Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, including Azure ML Studio and MLflow, plus CI/CD and container tooling such as Docker.
